Join me for a 2 hour hands-on pasta experience where you’ll learn the art of making fresh fettuccine completely from scratch. Using traditional egg and 00 flour dough, I’ll guide you step-by-step through mixing, kneading, and rolling your pasta into beautiful ribbons using a pasta machine. This class is perfect for beginners and pasta lovers who want to learn authentic techniques in a fun, relaxed setting. You will pack up your fresh pasta to take home, along with a jar of Delgrosso pasta sauce to enjoy!
