Intro to Embroidery w/ Oxford Arts Alliance

Please reserve your spot at this link: https://www.oxfordart.org/store-1/p/handembroidery1 In this class participants will create a sampler of commonly used embroidery stitches. This class is the first in a series of three beginner level classes that will cover most common embroidery stitches. In this class (part 1) you will learn about basic embroidery supplies. You will create a sampler of 8 different stitches including running stitch, back stitch, split stitch, cross stitch, straight stitch, satin stitch, lazy daisy, and French knot. Each class can work as a stand-alone class, there is no requirement to take all three classes. This class is suitable for people with no embroidery experience. All supplies needed in class will be provided. You will take home a hoop and needle so that you can continue to practice at home.
